Meet The Lady Physio

Chloe Burger

I'm Chloe, a full-time Physio, part-time explorer, and baking enthusiast. I love whipping up treats in the kitchen, traveling the world immersed in new cultures and experiences, and taking our Border Collie cross Kelpie Luna to the beach.

I started The Lady Physio because I saw a huge lack of education to pregnant women about their pelvic floor, and was heartbroken to see my friends and loved ones going through difficult births and developing subsequent pelvic floor symptoms due to this lack.

In so many cases, birth trauma and pelvic floor issues after birth can be prevented, we just need to be given practical solution focused strategies to achieve this. This is what my education strives to provide, so women have access to the highest quality care for their pelvic floor possible.
