OUR
MISSION
French mothers experience incontinence and prolapse in much lower rates than Australian women.
Why? Every Woman is entitled to 20 government funded sessions with a Pelvic Floor Physio to use both before and after birth. Imagine the lives we could change if every mother in Australia had access to this.
Imagine how we can change the lives of women & men with incontinence, prolapse or pelvic floor/erectile dysfunction.

Hi there,
I'm Chloe, a full-time Physio, part-time explorer, and baking enthusiast. Originally from a sheep farm in Penshurst, I traded the country life for the vibrant streets of Melbourne to pursue my Physiotherapy dreams. I’ve now returned to the homeland of South West Victoria in Warrnambool, where The Lady Physio now calls home.
My passion? Helping women not just survive, but thrive through the incredible journey of pregnancy and birth. With 8 years of experience, I've treated everything from musculoskeletal issues to leading group pilates classes.
When I'm not at the hospital part time or running The Lady Physio, you'll find me whipping up treats in the kitchen or jetting off on my next adventure. I'm here to help you live life to the fullest, because let's face it, pelvic health challenges are no match for this pelvic floor physio!
